Ring Sizing

Your Olive Juice Heirloom is individually handcrafted to the ring size selected when ordering, so choosing the correct size before production begins is important.

For the most accurate fit, I recommend having your finger professionally sized using a ring sizer. This is particularly important for wider bands, statement rings and designs such as The Xanthie, as these may feel slightly more snug than a fine band.

Before Choosing Your Size

For the best result:

• Measure the exact finger you intend to wear the ring on• Have your finger measured when your hands are at a comfortable, normal temperature• Avoid measuring when your hands are particularly cold, hot or swollen• Keep in mind that finger size can naturally change throughout the day and with weather, pregnancy and fluid retention• If you are between sizes, please contact Olive Juice Heirlooms before ordering so I can help you determine the best option

Already have a ring that fits?

You can use a correctly fitting ring as a guide, but I still recommend having your finger professionally sized where possible.

I do not recommend relying solely on printable ring sizing charts or measuring your finger with string or paper, as even small measurement differences can result in an incorrect finished size.

Please check your selected ring size carefully before production begins.

Ring sizing remains the customer's responsibility. Please double check the selected size before submitting your order and again when returning your Inclusion Kit if requested.

Because each piece is custom handcrafted and may contain irreplaceable inclusions, not every Heirloom design can be safely resized once completed.

If a completed ring requires resizing, please contact Olive Juice Heirlooms before taking it to another jeweller. I will assess whether your particular design can be safely resized and advise of any applicable resizing, remake and postage costs.

If the incorrect size was supplied when ordering, resizing or remaking the ring is not considered a workmanship fault.

Care Recommendation

To help protect your Heirloom and preserve its beauty:

• Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions and cleaning products

• Remove before swimming, exercising or undertaking heavy work

• Store in a clean, dry and safe place when not being worn

• Clean gently using a soft, dry jewellery cloth only

Your Heirloom is designed for meaningful, sentimental wear and should always be handled with a little extra care.

Inclusion Care

Your inclusion may be small, but the story it carries is incredibly important.

Every Olive Juice Heirlooms Inclusion Kit includes everything you need to help prepare, label and return your chosen inclusion as safely and simply as possible.

Please do not send your inclusion until you have received your Inclusion Kit and followed the instructions provided for your specific material.

Before Sending Your Inclusions

Keep your inclusion clean, dry, protected and clearly identified wherever possible.

Different inclusions require different preparation:

• Breastmilk Store safely until you are ready to prepare and return the required amount using your Inclusion Kit.

• Formula Send dry formula powder only.

• Human or pet ashes Keep dry and securely contained.

• Human hair or pet fur Keep clean and dry in a protected container or envelope.

• Placenta or placenta capsules Send only completely dry, professionally prepared placenta or placenta capsule material.

• Dried flowers Ensure petals or flowers are completely dry before packing.

• Fabric or hospital blankets Send only the small section requested. Please do not cut irreplaceable fabric until you are comfortable doing so.

• Pregnancy tests Ensure the test is completely dry and securely packaged before sending.

• Embryo Straw/s Please contact Olive Juice Heirlooms before sending so your inclusion can be discussed and handled appropriately.

• Umbilical cord remains Ensure the inclusion is completely dry before placing it into your inclusion jar.

• Human or pet teeth Ensure the tooth is clean, dry and securely contained before returning it.

• Other meaningful inclusion Please contact me first if you are unsure whether your inclusion can safely be incorporated into your chosen Heirloom.

Please Do Not Send

Unless specifically discussed and approved beforehand, please do not send fresh tissue, fresh placenta, wet flowers, unconfined liquids, blood, leaking containers or other perishable material.

Only a Small Amount Is Required

In most cases, only a very small portion of your inclusion is needed to create your Heirloom.

Where possible, please do not send your entire remaining inclusion or anything irreplaceable. Any unused material that can safely be returned will be handled according to the instructions provided with your order.

Returning Your Inclusion

Your Inclusion Kit includes:

• A prepaid return mailer

• An instruction card

• One inclusion jar for each inclusion ordered

Please ensure each inclusion jar is securely closed and all requested details have been completed before placing everything inside the return packaging.

Once your inclusion has been safely received by Olive Juice Heirlooms, you will be notified and your approximately 12 week creation timeframe will begin.

All Olive Juice Heirlooms orders include free shipping Australia wide.

After your order is placed, your Inclusion Kit will be carefully prepared and sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. Your kit includes everything you need to safely prepare your inclusion, along with a prepaid return mailer for sending it back to Olive Juice Heirlooms.

Once your completed Inclusion Kit is safely received, your heirloom enters the creation process. Please allow approximately 12 weeks for handcrafting from the date your inclusions are received. This timeframe does not include postal transit times.

When your heirloom is complete, it will be carefully packaged and sent to you with tracked shipping.

Your parcel will include your finished heirloom, jewellery care information and Certificate of Authenticity.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct when ordering. If your address changes while your heirloom is being created, contact Olive Juice Heirlooms as soon as possible.

The journey:

Order placed → Inclusion Kit sent → Inclusion returned → Heirloom handcrafted → Finished piece delivered to you.

Repairs + Warranty

Every Olive Juice Heirloom is individually handcrafted and designed to be treasured for years to come. Because your piece contains meaningful inclusions and delicate jewellery components, it should always be handled and cared for according to the Jewellery Care instructions supplied with your order.

If you believe your Heirloom has developed a manufacturing or workmanship issue, please contact Olive Juice Heirlooms with your order details and clear photographs so your piece can be assessed.

Where appropriate, your Heirloom may be repaired, replaced or otherwise remedied in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be excluded or limited by a store warranty.

Repairs required because of accidental damage, general wear, improper storage, exposure to chemicals or water, impact damage, bent settings, broken chains, lost stones or failure to follow the supplied care instructions may not be considered a manufacturing or workmanship fault.

Where possible, a paid repair may still be available following assessment.

Because every Heirloom is individually created using your precious inclusion, please do not arrange repair, resizing, polishing or alteration through another jeweller before contacting Olive Juice Heirlooms. Alterations performed elsewhere may affect the inclusion, setting or original construction of your piece.

To request an assessment

Please provide:

• Your name and order number• Clear photographs of the piece• A description of what has happened• The approximate date the issue was first noticed

Once assessed, I will let you know the available repair options and whether any repair, replacement, remake or postage costs apply.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the nature of a fault, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.

Nothing in this Repairs + Warranty information is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
