Each keepsake is individually handmade with care and attention to detail.
 

The current production timeframe is approximately 12 weeks from the date your inclusion kit is received back via your pre paid post kit.

 

Why does production take so long?

Every heirloom goes through multiple careful stages including:

• Inclusion preparation

• Preservation

• Resin pouring

• Curing

• Sanding

• Polishing

• Final finishing​

 

These processes cannot be rushed and are essential to creating a durable, high-quality heirloom 🤍

 

When does my production timeframe begin?

Your timeframe begins once your completed inclusion kit has safely arrived back to us.

 

Will I receive updates during production?

Yes. 🤍

You may receive updates throughout the process where possible, and you’ll always receive shipping confirmation once your heirloom is ready to head home.

 

Can production times vary?

Occasionally, yes.

Some custom designs or complex inclusion combinations may require additional curing or preservation time to ensure the best possible outcome.

Do memorial pieces take longer?

Some memorial heirlooms may require additional preparation depending on the inclusions being used. If additional time is needed, you will always be informed.

At this time, rush orders may be limited depending on workload and material requirements.

Allowing proper curing time helps ensure your heirloom remains strong, beautiful and long-lasting for years to come.

 

What happens once my keepsake is complete?​

Your heirloom will be:

• Professionally packaged

• Shipped with tracking and insurance via Australia Post
