After your order is placed, your Inclusion Kit will be carefully prepared and sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. Your kit includes everything you need to safely prepare your inclusion, along with a prepaid return mailer for sending it back to Olive Juice Heirlooms.

Once your completed Inclusion Kit is safely received, your heirloom enters the creation process. Please allow approximately 12 weeks for handcrafting from the date your inclusions are received. This timeframe does not include postal transit times.

When your heirloom is complete, it will be carefully packaged and sent to you with tracked shipping.

Your parcel will include your finished heirloom, jewellery care information and Certificate of Authenticity.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct when ordering. If your address changes while your heirloom is being created, contact Olive Juice Heirlooms as soon as possible.

The journey: Order placed → Inclusion Kit sent → Inclusion returned → Heirloom handcrafted → Finished piece delivered to you.

Every Olive Juice Heirloom is individually handcrafted and designed to be treasured for years to come. Because your piece contains meaningful inclusions and delicate jewellery components, it should always be handled and cared for according to the Jewellery Care instructions supplied with your order.

If you believe your heirloom has developed a manufacturing or workmanship issue, please contact Olive Juice Heirlooms with your order details and clear photographs so the piece can be assessed.

Where appropriate, your heirloom may be repaired, replaced or otherwise remedied in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be replaced or limited by a store warranty.

Repairs required because of accidental damage, general wear, improper storage, exposure to chemicals or water, impact damage, bent settings, broken chains, lost stones or failure to follow the supplied care instructions may not be considered a workmanship fault. Where possible, a paid repair may still be available following assessment.

Because every heirloom is individually created using your precious inclusion, please do not arrange repair, resizing, polishing or alteration through another jeweller before contacting Olive Juice Heirlooms, as this may affect the inclusion or original construction of the piece.

To request an assessment

Please provide:

• Your name + order number

• Photographs of the piece

• A description of what has happened

• The approximate date the issue was first noticed

Your Olive Juice Heirloom is individually handcrafted to the ring size selected when ordering, so choosing the correct size before production begins is important. 🤍

For the most accurate fit, I recommend having your finger professionally sized by a local jeweller using a ring sizer. This is particularly important for wider bands, statement rings and designs such as the Xanthie, as these can feel slightly more snug than a fine band.

Before choosing your size

For the best result:

• Measure the exact finger you intend to wear the ring on.

• Have your finger measured when your hands are at a comfortable, normal temperature.

• Avoid measuring when your hands are particularly cold, hot or swollen.

• Consider that fingers can naturally change throughout the day and with weather, pregnancy and fluid retention.

• If you are between sizes, please contact Olive Juice Heirlooms before ordering so I can help you determine the best option.

  
  

Already have a ring that fits?

A jeweller can measure an existing ring that fits the intended finger and provide the corresponding size.

I do not recommend relying solely on printable ring-sizing charts or measuring your finger with string or paper, as small measurement differences can result in an incorrect finished size.

Please check carefully before production

Ring sizing remains the customer's responsibility. Please double-check the selected size before submitting your order and again when returning your Inclusion Kit if requested.

Because each piece is custom handcrafted and may contain irreplaceable inclusions, not every heirloom design can be safely resized once completed.

If a completed ring requires resizing, contact Olive Juice Heirlooms before taking it to another jeweller. I will assess whether your particular design can be resized safely and advise of any applicable resizing, remake and postage costs.

If the incorrect size was supplied when ordering, resizing or remaking the ring is not considered a workmanship fault.

Your inclusion may be small, but the story it carries is incredibly important. 🤍 Every Olive Juice Heirlooms Inclusion Kit includes instructions to help you prepare, label and return your chosen inclusion as safely as possible.

Please do not send your inclusion until you have received your Inclusion Kit and followed the instructions provided for your specific material.

Before sending your inclusion

Keep your inclusion clean, dry, protected and clearly identified wherever possible.

Different inclusions require different preparation:

• Breastmilk — store safely until you are ready to prepare and return the required amount using your Inclusion Kit.

• Formula powder — send dry powder only.

• Cremation ashes — keep dry and securely contained.

• Hair or fur — keep clean and dry in a protected container or envelope.

• Placenta capsules — send a professionally prepared, completely dry capsule only.

• Dried flowers — ensure petals or flowers are completely dry before packing.

• Fabric / hospital blankets — send only the small section requested. Please do not cut irreplaceable fabric until you are comfortable doing so.

• Pregnancy tests — ensure the test is completely dry and securely packaged before sending.

• Embryo straws — please contact Olive Juice Heirlooms before sending so your particular keepsake can be discussed and handled appropriately.

• Other sentimental inclusions — contact me first if you are unsure whether an item can safely be incorporated into your chosen heirloom.

Please do not send

Unless specifically discussed and approved beforehand, please do not send fresh tissue, fresh placenta, wet flowers, unconfined liquids, blood, leaking containers or other perishable material.

Only a small amount is required

In most cases, only a very small portion of your inclusion is needed to create your heirloom.

Where possible, do not send your entire remaining keepsake or irreplaceable inclusion. Any unused material that can safely be returned will be handled according to the instructions provided with your order.

Returning your inclusion

Your Inclusion Kit includes a labelled collection container and prepaid return mailer to make returning your inclusion simple.

Please ensure all containers are securely closed and all requested details are completed before placing them inside the return packaging.

Once your inclusion has been safely received by Olive Juice Heirlooms, you will be notified and your approximately 12-week creation timeframe will begin.

Change of mind

Please choose your heirloom, metal, size and custom options carefully before placing your order.

Olive Juice Heirlooms does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind once production of your personalised heirloom has commenced. Australian Consumer Law does not require businesses to provide a refund simply because a customer changes their mind.

This includes circumstances such as:

• Choosing the incorrect ring size or jewellery option

• Changing your mind about the design, metal or inclusion

• No longer wanting the piece after production has commenced

• Preferring another design after your heirloom has entered production

Where possible, please contact me before returning your Inclusion Kit if you need to make a change.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Olive Juice Heirlooms as soon as possible.

If your heirloom has not yet entered production, I will review the stage of your order and advise whether cancellation is still possible.

Once your inclusion has been processed or your jewellery has entered the handcrafted production stage, the order cannot generally be cancelled for change of mind. At this stage, materials may have been ordered, settings prepared and your inclusion may already have undergone preservation or preparation that cannot be reversed.

Custom + personalised orders

Because Olive Juice Heirlooms pieces are created specifically for each customer, completed personalised jewellery cannot ordinarily be returned for exchange simply because it is no longer wanted.

Faulty or damaged heirlooms

This change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your heirloom arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing or workmanship issue, please contact Olive Juice Heirlooms promptly with your:

Name + order number · Clear photographs · Description of the concern

The piece may need to be returned for assessment before the appropriate remedy can be determined.

Under Australian Consumer Law, goods must meet consumer guarantees. Depending on the nature of a problem, a customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy. A business cannot remove these statutory rights through a “no refunds” policy.

Handmade variation

Every Olive Juice Heirloom is individually handcrafted. Natural variations in colour, inclusion placement, texture, opacity and appearance are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.

These natural variations are not, by themselves, considered faults.

Incorrect ring size

If the ring size supplied at the time of ordering is incorrect, this is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Some heirloom designs may be able to be resized, while others may require assessment or remaking due to their construction and inclusion placement. Please contact Olive Juice Heirlooms before having your piece altered by another jeweller.
