Shipping

Olive Juice Heirlooms is not responsible for:

• Lost parcels once marked delivered

• Shipping delays

• Customs delays for international orders

Tracked shipping is provided on all completed heirloom orders where available.

If your piece arrives damaged due to workmanship faults, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Photos and order details will be required for assessment.

This warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear

• Tarnishing from improper care

• Water damage

• Chemical exposure

• Dropping or impact damage

• Bent bands or broken settings

• Damage caused by third party jewellers

Ring Sizing Responsibility

Clients are responsible for selecting the correct ring size before production.

Olive Juice Heirlooms is not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen during ordering.

If resizing is possible for your design, additional fees may apply including:

• Resizing costs

• Stone resetting

• Shipping

Some heirloom designs cannot be resized due to the inclusion setting style.

All inclusions are handled with the utmost respect and care throughout the preservation and creation process.

While every precaution is taken, Olive Juice Heirlooms cannot guarantee against:

• Changes caused by age or natural materials

• Colour variation over time

• Microscopic bubbles or texture variations

• Natural resin ageing

• Damage caused by improper care

Unused inclusions are typically kept for a limited time unless otherwise arranged.

Custom Made Pieces

All Olive Juice Heirlooms pieces are custom made to order using sentimental materials such as:

• Breastmilk

• Cremation ash

• Hair

• Flowers

• Fabric

• Placenta

• Cord keepsakes

• Sand or soil inclusions

• Other personal inclusions

Because of this highly personalised process, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

Deposits + Payments

A non refundable deposit may be required to secure your order and begin preparation of your inclusions.

Final payment must be completed before your heirloom is shipped or collected.

Failure to complete payment may result in delays to production and delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing chosen by the client

• Delays caused by shipping providers

• Natural variations in handmade items

• Minor colour, shimmer or inclusion differences

• Pieces where production has already commenced

Each heirloom is individually handmade, meaning no two pieces will ever be identical. Small variations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handcrafted memorial jewellery.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund excluding:

• Deposit paid

• Inclusion preparation fees

• Design consultation time

• Materials already purchased

Once your inclusion has been processed or casting has commenced, cancellations are no longer possible.
